Waiting for Godo HL.

So I killed another Laptop. And IBM said they would send a DHL person over to pick up. DHL called me and said they would show sometime between 6 and 9 pm! So I cleared my calendar. ;). Anyway the guy shows up at 6:03 pm. He is 6 ft 3, has this huge DHL jacket on, his pants are almost to his knees and and he has headphones on which are blasting hip hop music. We proceed to have a conversation about the laptop (he doesnt take the headphones off or turn down the music) and he adddresses me as 'man' like 15 times. Then takes the laptop and takes off saying I don't get a reciept cuz its an online order and I can track it online after 630pm. I have a nagging feeling I might have just been conned....

Anyway the point is how come I feel cheated out of my evening. I feel like I should have waited longer. Thanks to america's cable tv crew's work ethic when someone says they will show up between 6-9 you expect to slot that entire time to them. And when they show up at 603pm you feel strangely cheated.
